Meditation Class & Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner

Mindfulness meditation is an amazing skill for managing the various stresses of life, including the academic and social pressures of university life. To help equip you with some mindfulness tools that anyone can use, please join us for a free Mindfulness Meditation Class (with dinner provided) on Tuesday, November 19 at 8:30 PM in the Lauder Media Room (Room 111)!
The class will be immediately followed by a catered dinner, served here in Lauder, in honor of Thanksgiving. We will have vegan options!
Please note that, at this time, we expect those who want to stay for dinner to come at 8:30 and join the meditation class. The class should be totally accessible to anyone, regardless of previous experience with mindfulness or meditation. No signups required — just show up!
