Labor Day marks the end of grilling season and is a date after which you shouldn't wear white (apparently). But, more importantly, it acknowledges the American Labor Movement, and celebrates the role of labor, laborers, and trade unions in the economic, social and cultural vitality of this nation (it can also be linked to similar celebrations all over the world--check out this informative Wikipedia article!)

In honor of the American worker (and workers elsewhere), and also to mark the beginning of the semester, you're cordially invited to our first House BBQ of the year! There will be a selection of meat and vegetarian options.
