The Information Center is located at the main entrance of the building, to the left as you enter.
The Info Center is where you will find your Residential Services Manager and team of student staff dedicated to helping you with anything related to building operations. You can sign in guests, get access to a space you have reserved, report a facilities issue, and get help if you’re locked out of your room, among other tasks.
You may contact the Information Center for assistance by calling 215-898-3000. The Information Center is open during the summer Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. During the academic year, the Information Center is 24 hours daily.
