Virtual Support for everyone is provided from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Additional virtual support is available for students 5pm-11pm Sunday through Thursday. Chat support is now available to students during any of our virtual hours! Students can requst to borrow laptops with the same software that is in our computer labs by submitting a request through the support portal at support.collegehouses.upenn.edu

A high speed printer is available in the Lauder College House print station, located on the first floor. PennCash is required for all printouts.
