Building on our discussion of rights at our Global Citizenship Forum this week, let's consider the issue of children's rights.

When should government step in and consider restricting parental rights?  What age do children need to be to begin to exercise rights independently? 

These are timely issues to consider given that April is Abuse Prevention month.
